Mr. Solow has extensive experience with family-based immigration and naturalization cases, non-immigrant visas, deportation defense, and appellate work. Prior to founding Solow,Isbell & Palladino Mr. Solow practiced at the Law Offices of David Piver, representing clients in matters involving political asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and waivers of inadmissibility before the USCIS, the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the federal courts. Mr. Solow obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and earned his certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania’s school of design in 2004. He earned his J.D. from Villanova Law School in 2006, During his time at Villanova, he participated in the Clinic for Asylum Refugee and Emigrant Services Clinic (CARES). Through CARES, he had the opportunity to travel to Malta to prepare and represent unaccompanied minors from the Horn of Africa for asylum hearings before the Maltese Refugee Commission. He is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bars, is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, is a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District Court of New Jersey, is the Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Clinical Program at Villanova Law School.
